Made for your order

Our merch is printed after you order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping. Standard US transit is typically another 2–5 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Busy periods can take longer.

We ship to US addresses. Shipping is calculated for your items and delivery address at checkout. Items from different print providers may arrive separately. We’ll email tracking when your order ships.

Something wrong with your order?

Email tvo@busyasian.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos if an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can investigate and request a replacement or refund with the printer.

Because each item is made to order, we don’t offer exchanges or returns for a change of mind or a size or color selected incorrectly. Check the size guide before purchasing. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Need to change or cancel?

Contact us right away. We can check whether production has started, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is in production. Don’t send a return before contacting us; the printer’s address is not a general returns address.
