Email updates

The signup form saves your email address, the time you consented, and where you signed up. These details are used for occasional updates from Thomas T Vo.

Kit stores newsletter subscriber details and sends confirmation emails and updates on Thomas’s behalf. Confirm your email to join the mailing list. Kit also records delivery and engagement activity, such as opens and link clicks, to help improve the newsletter.

Brand inquiries

The inquiry form saves the contact and project details you choose to share. Thomas uses them to review your idea and respond to your inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Google Workspace delivers a private email alert containing your inquiry details to Thomas. Your contact information is used to review and respond to the project you submitted.

Merch orders

When you place an order, your contact information, delivery address, ordered items, payment status, and tracking details are used to process and support it. Stripe processes payment information. Printify and its print and delivery partners receive the details needed to produce and ship your items.

Google Workspace sends order confirmations and shipping updates to the email on your order. These emails contain your order details and, when available, tracking information. Ordering does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Replies go to tvo@busyasian.com.

Leaving the list or removing your details

Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter to stop receiving updates. To correct your information or request removal of your signup or inquiry, email tvo@busyasian.com. Include the email address you used so the record can be found.

Instagram and Threads links take you to those services, which handle your information under their own policies.
